The hobo cannot be displayed
The hobo you are looking for is currently unavailable. The trash can might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your rubbish bin.

Please try the following:

  • Empty your trash can, or try again later.
  • If you emptied your rubbish in the bin, make sure that the hobo isn't in it.
  • To check your hobo settings, click the Hobos menu, and then click Hobo Options. On the Scavange tab, click Rubbish. The settings should match those provided by your local hobo network (LHN) administrator or Hobo service provider (HSP).
  • If your Hobo Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your hobo and automatically discover hobo connection settings.
    If you would like Windows to try and discover them,
    click Hobo Settings Detect Hobo Settings
  • Some hobos require 128-bit scavange security. Click the Hobo menu and then click About Hobo Scavanging to determine what hobo scavange security you have installed.
  • If you are trying to reach a hobo, make sure your hobo settings can support it. Click the Hobo menu, and then click Hobo Options. On the Rubbish tab, scroll to the Banana Peels section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
  • Click the Hobos button to try another hobo.
